ya they will and i will say buy them but you may have to take ur car off the road for one to two weeks thats how long it took me to do it because i broke the EGR pipe and had to wait for a new one but the car seems to rev a lot faster then be for and also with the Pypes 409 Stainless Steel V6 Dual Pipe Conversion Kit w/o cats it just takes off

Exhaust/Headers do not do much for our cars, for one.

Two, header installation can be a pain in the ***, but shouldn't take more then...5 hours... (just tossing a time out there, i had mine done for me.)

You won't be near 230-240...I'd say MAYBE 210... maybe..

I haven't dynoed mine...but with the shot i sit somewhere at a stock to lightly modified 99-04 GT...whatever power those make..

The stock headers on the 3.8 cars are good, Shorty headers will do almost nothing. Longtubes are the way you want to go if anything. Unless you have H/C/I or poweradder headers will not net you much gain.

I love how so many people say shorty headers are worthless.....LOL LOL LOL.
I wish I had put them on years ago!!!! My manifold cracked so I replaced them with the BBK's. I was surprised to see the poor quality of the engineering of the manifolds. They are ugly and apparently break eventually. Just take a look!!
My car has more torque, it growls now, (especially up hills), the engine bay looks great and my car is more fun to drive!!
I say that it's worth it. I can't put LT headers on anyway, in my county you need CAT's!
Just because it does not give you 20+ HP does not mean it is not worth putting on! I did the job myself...took me three days of wrench turning.....IT WAS WORTH IT!!!![/quote]
