How would a glasspack sound on a v6 with straight pipes? And is the in-out 2 1/4?"

This is just a? last Tuesday I was driving home and I heard a deep tone stang coming and it pass me and it sounded nice I ask the driver what muffler he had. He said glasspack with straight pipes. it was a v6 stang with long tube header and intake with a tuner

 

I've got that setup but running from 2 1/2s. It sounds good, but there are a lot better. I'm moving up to flowmasters. The glasspacks are just too harsh a sound I think

 

ok i have flowmaster 40 i like the deep tone. i want a deeper tone or loudness

 

what should i do keep my 40's or change it to glasspack?

 

i like the sond of the glass pack but not on a mustang. i have foce mufflers on my mustang and i love them, they are half the price of flowmaster;s and sound the same. but i would say keep your 40's.
