Oil guage!!!!!

Default Oil guage!!!!!

ok since yesterday my oil guage wont move and even whenever i turn on the car it wont move and also i just had my oil changed yesterday. can any1 tell me y my freakin oil guage doesnt want to move.. thanx in advance...

Could be one of two things. Your not getting oil pressure or the sensor has failed which is does happen. I would start by making sure there is oil in the car also known as read the dip stick. More then likly they could of damaged the sensor when they changed the filter as the oil pressure sensor is near the oil filter.

But i would start by making sure it has oil, then I would look at the oil pressure sensor.

He'd probably know if he really didn't have oil pressure. Its probably the oil pressure sensor. They go bad all the time.

YA I THINK ITS THE oil pressure sensor cuz its being happening constently that i haved to turn on my car and that the oil guage wouldnt move. n yes i do have oil cuz whenever i noticed that my guage pressure wasnt in the middle whenever i was driving after i noticed it i pulled over n check the dip stick n i did have oil. so ya my oil sensor just probaly went bad. so thanks again yall. n whenver the mech was putting the oil in i was right there so yall it does have oil, lol
