Would a new water pump pulley free up more horsepower? and what is a hormonic balancer and does that also help free up horsepower?

well i got the water pump pulley and crank pulley u will notice the difference of accleretion.

Ok cuz I was looking at a package deal and those came with it and I wasn't sure if they did anything, I knew a UDP would but I wasn't sure about the rest.

Yeah I didn't think it did anything because I've never heard anyone talk about them on this forum before.
