When I accelarate my volts drop and the lights dim to me that sounds like an alternator especially becuase my battery is less than a year old.


So I just wanted to know if anyone has any other ideas of what it might be before I go out and buy an alternator.

 

You can go have the alternator tested to see if that is it too before you buy one.

 

would that be at an autozone or somthing

 

ayup, just pull up and tell em whats happening, they will wheel out their little alternator tester.
