Default Positraction.

How do you go about doing Positraction? I honestly dont even know where to begin. How much would it cost for a new rear end? Do I need to buy a whole new rear end? Is it worth the cost?

Thanks,
Jake

you dont have to buy a new rear end.
your 7.5 rear will work fine.
the t lock itself costs about 200 then another 200 300 for install.
But if your getting an t lock gets some gears w/ it

+1 and install the t lock if you can yourself and save the money from paying to have it installed and upgrade something else.

Thanks guys. I was doing some research during school today about the subject. I was looking at an 8.8" but I found that the 7.5 can handle up to 300hp and im no where near there right now, haha. So im going to go with the 7.5 and gears, I just dont know what gears ratio yet! haha. 3.73 pr 4.10? I read somewhere that 3.73 is works better for auto, and 4.10 works better for standard, but I might have that backwards. Please tell me if I do.

Thanks,
Jake

well if you have a 6cyl then you have the 7.5 rear end...which you would have to use a 7.5 rear posi traction. The 3.73 are better for manual and the 4.10 for automatics. But your on the right track...
