So ya I came home today after work and i was like what the hell lets rev my engine. I guess i never paid attention before or something has happened but for some reason my engine refuses to go past 4000 rpm's. Is it because it's in neutral and it just doesnt allow it to go over 4000 or should that not make a difference and thus presenting me with a problem.

 

rev limiter....mine does the same thing and so does everyone one else's that i've seen or drove

 

oh ok i thought i had screwed up my car or some thanks. nub question but I had to find out somehow
