Default Steering

Ok so yet another weird sound is happening on my car again ( it has 115,000 miles it is to be expected) when I turn the steering wheel left or right there is a rubbing sound that sounds almost like braked grinding on a rotor. It usually happens more at lower speeds. I put new power steering fluid in because the turning was a little tight (the car hasn't been driven for about a week because of all the snow in Cleveland). I just want to go into the shop knowing what it could be... I believe all that needs done is lubing the steering mechanisms because nothing really shakes it's just a loud sound. Could someone give me an idea of what could be wrong?

Thanks for your time guys!
