Default PO4011 diagnostic

ok so my check engine light is on and its scanning as a PO4011 code... which is an interupt in my secondary air flow.... i know my way around my car, but this doesnt ring a bell....both meineke car care and autozone have told me they have no idea what that means either...can someone tell me what exactly that means, what the problems is, and the possable solution before i take the car to ford on monday and they attempt to overcharge me

http://www.obd-codes.com/

p0411 usally means there is not enough or there is no flow senced from the secondary air injection pump. to the air devertor valve.

check all your hoses for kinks ,breaks or burnt though vac. hoses. any thing that could prevent air flow into the secondary injection air valve.

ok well will installing the mil eliminators help? i mean ive checked all hoses i could find and theres definatly voltage going to the air pump...i already have the eliminators, got them cause i thought my o2 sensors were out of whack cause of the exhaust.. thanks for the help everyone
