Diagnostic Code P1151

P1151 Lack of HO2S21 switch - sensor indicates lean

Can anyone explain this?

engine's running lean...your a/f ratio is off...maybe? i've heard ppl on here saying exhauste leaks can cause that. or a dirty/oily maf. (that's if that code means its running lean)
