Default My new 07 Mustang /w Pony pkg!

It's 5spd, /w Pony pkg, and leather seats! I've never owned a brand new car, this is my first! Also, it's my first car that has leather seats too. I love it.

$23k, with $1500 rebate, so the final price is about $21500.

Why wouldn’t some one in your situation just go with the GT, I never understood that?

I know how your feeling, my first new car was a 2000 Mustang, had 15 miles on it when I drove it off the lot.

Not everybody wants a GT for many reasons, price, insurance, etc...

He probably bought a V6 for the same reason you decided to be a ********.

Anyway congrats on your new purchase, love the color.

He bought it because i was just wondering??.. wow, good reason to buy one, I was just asking...Dick. It was a legitimate question, the reason being it’s a little on the slow factor. They really are not that more in price wise, but ok...

you're new so apparently you haven't read the rules of V6 tech. I'm sure he was well aware of all his financial options, you don't exactly make a $20,000 purchase on an impulse. As for you being a dick, the guy is just trying to show his new ride, and you chime in with "shoulda bought a GT". Sorry but when you make a post with absolutely nothing positive to say, Well, that's being a dick. I'm sure if he wanted a GT, he could have gotten one. Maybe he's only 19 and can't afford insurance on a GT. Maybe he has no interest in going to the track or racing and just wants a car that looks cool. you don't know him personally, so don't question his reasoning. Now go away and don't post in the V6 section if your going to post comments like that.

I never said "shoulda bought a GT". If you read what i siad, i asked a question, Stop putting words in my mouth and get off your pedestal. Now for the person who bought the car, Nice looking car, I like the color.

"Why wouldn’t some one in your situation just go with the GT, I never understood that?" Original statment...

I didnt buy a GT and opted for the V6 because this is my daily commuter car...thus, i needed all the MPG I could get. Also, a divorce is taking me to cleaners, I had to trade in my 300+HP Volvo S60R twin intercooled turgbo AWD drive to lower my payments. Also, I dont race, so I could care less about V6 versus V8 performance. All I want is a good looking, good sounding car, thats affordable for a DEFEATED MAN! LOL! Plus my insurance is lower. But yes, I confess....its tempting to have been able to have a dual exhaust and great sounding V8 power to add some nice Flowmasters to...but...you cant have everything..thus, to be honest, I was very impressed with the sound, handling, and performance of this V6 Mustang. Plus, its fun and a challenge to get a V6 amped up!
I have no regrets...HOWEVER..if I ever have money again...I will be tempted to buy another Mustang down the road 7 years from now....by then god knows what monster Mustangs Ford would have released by then...hopefully Hydrogen powered!!! LOL

Those things are easly fast as a non-pi headed GT or a Fox for that matter.

and with a few bolt ons they keep up fine with 99-04 GT's

Good choice

enjoy your stang

Thats awesome man. I love the color. Ford really knew what they were doing when they introduced the pony package for the V6. It looks just as good as the GT!

Keep it clean bro.
