Default Sumitomo HTRZ Rumor

Not sure if this is true or not but my friend at a tire shop. Probably the place where I will be getting mine for now on. He said the reason why the Sumitomo tires are so cheap is that they are trying to get rid of the product line. Just curious if anyone has heard of this.

Also is $550 For HTRZ 2's 275/40/17 in the front and HTRZ 315/35/17 in the rear including mounting a good deal...I think so I was just curious

if thats true i might have to buy another set as back ups, i kinda doubt its true though because i bought mine back in january. it's been almost a year, thats a long time to "try to get rid of a product line" correct me if im wrong.

true, but he said the prices are so low because they're getting rid of the line. they've been at that price for at least a year.
