Very Stupid Question
So I'm thinking this winter since I have my snow tires on now, I want to swap out my anthracite 17x8s for chrome 17x8 bullitts.
Right now I have Pirelli P Zeros on the anthracites and I got them last April so they have maybe 5-6K miles. I don't see the point in spending money on new tires and wheels when the tires are perfectly fine.
Is this a good option?
As much as I'd love to do 18x9s in the front and 18x10(.5)s in the back, the money is not there for this poor *** college student when the detail shop sucks in the winter.
When I looked at the customer pictures, it looked like the tires were huge, while mine are low profile.
Will that be a problem? Or will it be a nice clean swap out?
Im also excited to have my old anthracites on display in my room and or as a coffee table haha.
P.S.- I've tried and lets be honest; no one is going to buy these wheels and tires off me or trade their chromes for these haha.

Personally if you're going to have to buy the wheels I would just wait and save more money.... You're not going to be happy unless you get what you actually want, especially if you drive your car on a regular basis.
Be patient and save your money, then get what you actually want. Might take a little longer, but in the end you'll be much, much happier with the final result. That's my $.02 worth.
But, to answer your question. If your current tires fit on a 17/8 stock wheel, they will fit on a 17/8 aftermarket wheel...

spike i'm pretty sure we've been over this before. lowering is not an option seeing as it's my DD in michigan, yes that means in snow. so until i get a winter beater or decide f*** it, then it's not going down.
i wish they made 17x8 saleens
