Default Need extra ride height

i have an 07 v6, im looking at getn a staggered set of shelby cs-40s, what would be the best tire setup to give me extra ride height, cuz i only have about 2 inches on the side with my side exhaust. the rims are 20x9 and 20x10.

2 inches???

Either you've got some bad measuring skills or some rigged up exhaust.

The tires for 20x9 I would recommend 245/40 for a semi low-profile tire with enough sidewall. 20x10 I'd probably do 275/35 or 275/40 in the back. If you want as much rubber as you can fit nicely get 275 up front and 315 in the back...If it'll fit in the wheel well with the backspacing.
