Default 17x9 or 17x10.5

just traded up for a silver 04 gt

has stock 17 x 8 anthracite bullits

two right sides are gouged up pretty bad and i'll probably replace them

thinking about putting the two good 8 inchers on the front
and two new ones on the back

so 9s with 275s or 10.5s with 315s? what dou you guys think?

i'll also lower it about 1.5" eventually

i need to keep the 17x8s up front because they're in good shape and for cost control

is it advisable to put 275s on the 8" rims?

or

would 245 fronts and 315 rears look like too much stagger?

I have 17 x10.5 w/ 315-35's and 17x9's w/ 275-40's up front. It looks awesome and doesn't rub anything, even w/ my car lowered. But I wish I would have just went w/ 17x9's the whole way around so I could rotate the tires. And I would not put 275's on an 8" rim, could probably go 255 or 265. But I would just use the 245's it won't look like too much "stagger".

Yes. 275's will fit on an 8 inch wheel.
Go with 295's or 315's in the back on a 17x10.5.

BTW- Congrads on the new car!!
