Default best tire combo

best tire combo for 18" rims (18 x 9 up front and 18 x 10.5 in the rear)
I'm already leaning towards 315/35/18 in the rear,

If you have the money to blow get the 315's. You can always go a tad smaller and save some cash to use towards something else.

295/35/18 & 265/35/18 BGF KDW II's for around $900 + shipping (tirerack)

or

285/35/18 & 265/35/18 Summitomo HRTZ II's for around $550 + shipping (tirerack)

Personally I run the Summitomo's and they are great for daily driving. They get a bit noisy after 8000-10000 miles but it doesn't bother me much. I'd say they've seen about 12500 miles and still have 55-65% life left (no burnouts).

I run 265/40/17 BFG KDW (front) and 295/35/18 BFG KDW2 (rear). I very happy with the tires... it set me back $815 not including shipping.... it was deff worth it tho- i love the tred.
