Default tires cause car to pull to right?

My car pulls the right with the 275's up front. I was told by a tire place that it's because the tires are so large. I had an alignment done a while back to make sure. Now someone was telling me that it is not the tires and that it is my brakes. the only thing is that when i put the stock rims/tires on it doesnt do it. so i called the tire place again and now they say it is NOT the tires. so im like wtf. So i'm going to switch to the stock ones just to check, but can the tires cause the pull?

Depends on the wear of the tires. Take an inspection of them while they are off. Are they balding on the inside or outside? is it balding in the center of the tire? You may need an alignment with them on and you might consider caster/camber plates to help.

The 275s pull to either side because theres so much tire on the road that any imperfection in the surface will be more apparant. Try driving on some flat concrete if possible to see if it still does it. Streets get grooves worn in over time from so many cars and the 275s are just so wide.....

tramlining would cause the car to pull both ways, not just left.

With just looking at the tires on the car they seem to be wearing evenly. I had a guy interested in buying it and he was concerned about it pulling and said that he thought it was the brakes. But the brakes looked evenly worn too, so I guess I just think that it's the tires. I don't really feel like putting the stock one's back on.......

do you have caster camber plates? I'd bet that you have a bunch more caster on one tire than the other. CC plates could fix that. The bigger tires are just allowing you to experience the issue. just a thought...
