Greetings all. I have a 2001 Mustang V6 with factory 16" wheels. I have a set of 2005 GT wheels (17x8) that I am planning to put on as soon as my current tires wear out. I have 2 questions. First, will these wheels work on my car (any back-spacing, offset issues)? And second, what tire size would you recommend. On the 16" wheels I have P235/55R 16 which look really good. Thanks in advance for you help!

 

05+ has a totally different offset. sell em and get something else that fits.

 

That's what I was afraid of. Another victim of the "Sure, they'll fit your car" hook line and sinker. Oh well my fault, I should have verified.
