I need a suspension system to help my car stop spinning so bad at the track and on the street, do you have any suggestions?

 

Call up BMR. They'll fix you up.

 

Get some good lower control arms (make sure at least one end is spherical) and an adjustable upper. I'm not sure if they make traction bars for the S197s, but those would be a good idea to if you're more of a drag kind of guy.

 

Drag Radials, lower control arms, panhard bar upgrade would be a great start.
