I've lowered my 05GT. using FRPP springs dropping it 11/2 inch. but did not change the shocks/struts yet. I plan on putting Tokiko D spec. on very soon after my kidney surgery from all the bouncing I'm getting now.
My question is: Can I change out my struts and shocks with out removing the already mounted spring's and how can I do this?

springs and struts are connected in front on an 05 so you'll have to pull one to change the other... and you've picked too stiff a strut combo. D-spec is for cars with nasty aggressive springs that do stuff like drifting. You'd do better with their blue HP or their Illumina line.
