Default Bilstein struts for a 99 GT

Are Bilstein struts the wat to go for the front of a 99 GT? I think a few people had problems with them. I'm keeping my factory springs. Will I need an alignment for just a strut install?

when doing all 4, did you need a front end alignment?

you will want to have the alignment checked. You're removing one of the components that locates everything and then bolting on a totally different piece. It'll be off... just how much is the question. Usually it's negligable to minor but you can't really eyeball it.

I love my bilsteins. They're the best I've used and durable as hell.
