only time you would wanna do that is if you were at the drag strip--cuz takin it off allows better weight transfer i believe most people just loosen it a a bit---but i DOOOO NOT recommend daily driving with it off, my mother had the sway bar mounts wear out an break on her SUV---i thought the damn thing was gonna flip over while taking turns for the day or 2 she had to drive it before i could fix it

So don't do it unless I plan on racing/ going to the drag strip.

better weight transferr, better 60's, @20lbs less weight on the nose of the car and I NEVER had any issues driving around on the street wthout one but I also used a 15"X3" Weld wheels wth a 165R15 tire up front.
if you run a wider tire & wheel combo, I could see where driving problems could occur on the street but I never had any wth the skinnys on mine

Driving down the road isnt that bad with it off. I drove like that for a week because i didnt have the time ot put mine back on last year. It wasnt that different at all, it was slightly more sloppy on the turns but here in Fl we dont really have those.

With stock struts I wouldnt remove it. With adjustables its not a big deal. If you arent drag racing then just leave it on.
