Question Why is my passenger side higher than the driver side

I had my 99gt lowered in July. I had Big 10 tires do the work. They installed Eiback Sportlines spring, MM caster camber plates and Tokico hp blue shocks and struts. I keep looking at my car and keep taking measurements. And I need some help as to why my passenger side is 1/2 inch higher, front and rear than the driver side. Should I take it back to them or some where else.

I have the exact same problem with my car, the passenger side is 1/2 inch higher than the drivers side, and it was like that before and after my spring install, and I even removed the isolator on the passenger side to try and level it off and it made no difference, it's still 1/2 inch higher. So if you figure out what the problem is let me know.

exactly what I was going to say. Thy are all supposed to point in a certain direction. I remember hearing they are all supposed to point to the drivers side... but I am far from certain.

i know for my h&r supersports the rear pigtail ends were supposed to face the drivers side and then the fronts had to be covering the 1st hole where the bottom of the spring goes in...i cant really explain it...its on dndgarage.com's write-up

I have the same problem but mine sits 1/4 higher on the pass. side. I had two sets of springs in my car and everytime it always sat 1/4 higher on the pass. side. It kinda bugged me at first but now I dont care but 1/2 inch is not good enough.......1/4 is pushing it. Im gonna go mesure it again its been about 4 months.

Global West makes spacers that you put between the spring and the rlca to help even out the car. However, since it's made from machined Aluminum, it's pricey.
