Im good for almost any Saturday or Sunday too!! Where would you guys wanna meet up?? I just need to get my new rear tires mounted up and fix my exhaust leaks and I'll be good to good.

That's right I forgot you are into guns. We may have to make that a separate meet but I'd love to go shooting with you guys some time. What gun did you end up getting?

taurus 9mm 24/7 pro. Probably about 800-1000 rounds through no hicups yet. Taking my gun handling course wednesday to get the ball rolling for my concealed finally.

I had a Taurus as a first pistol too. I liked it until I started having problems with the extractor pin falling out In all fairness though, I didn't give Taurus the chance to fix it.

I'll see if there is a regional office around you for the CCW permit. If there is it will cut about 4-6 weeks off your wait time. I went to the one in Tampa and had mine back in about two weeks.

*Edit Here you go the link has all the info and regional offices. Just verify the price is the same. This makes the entire process much faster and easier.

Sorry guys. I'm not going to be able to make it to this one. My boyfriend is taking me snorkeling for scallops on Sunday and I'm pretty damn excited! Maybe next time, though. You guys have fun and take some pics for me! I miss you all! (Except Stephen.)

Now it's down to only a 30% chance of rain this Sunday. It was looking like Irene was going to ruin our weekend, but the forecasted path has steered her away from us . Stephen is going to bring his R6 along to the meet.

That sucks you can't make it Val! Snorkeling sounds so good right now with all this killer heat we"ve been having. Have fun!

There is an annual Mustang, Shelby and Ford Roundup coming up on Saturday, Oct 23 at the Museum of Science and Industry here in Tampa. I've gone the last couple of years and it's always a good time. If you guys don't already plans try to make it out.
