weve done this under the name 9/11 run for four years now, our procedes go to the for the fallen charity. its a great weekend. 99% mustangs but its open to all.
spread this to other forums your all on, like i said, its a mustang centered event. but all people are welcome

Okay Folks here is the official deal!!!!
After a lot of consideration of many different possible sites we have decided to go with tradition and make the 2009 Run once again to Holiday Isle in the Florida Keys!!!! (The date is Saturday 9/12 as 9/11 falls on a Friday this year).
Now we understand that there were some people last year that were not happy with the venue but I am here to tell you that the two previous years that THIS COMMITTEE was in control the event was awesome and there was not a SINGLE COMPLAINT from anyone. This year promises to be the most fun and organized event yet!!!!
Holiday Isle is honoring last years room rates ($109 regular room and $149 Ocean View). These can be booked NOW by calling Tracie Hubbard at 305 664 2321 during business hours. Just mention Stangs of South Florida to get the rate!!! As always, I strongly, strongly recommend staying over as the after party always ROCKS and it is a LONG HOT day and I do not think it is safe to make the trip back if you can avoid it.
One of the things we are looking to do different is only have the FHP escort to Homestead and then let everyone cruise down at their own pace so we do not have that constant slow stop and go that many people did not like last year.
Details as far as the cost, pre-pay site, charity info and all of that will be posted up VERY SOON I just wanted to get the word out so we can all make our plans for the BEST event of the year and what promises to be the best one yet!!!!!!!!!!
