Default Ford Sucks

So I take my car in to get some work done before my warranty was up (a tail shaft seal done, mirror replaced, and steering wheel replaced). Took 5 days to get the parts and do the work (figured what the hell as long as it got done)

I finally get the call that is done, i show up after work and the lady drives it up with a knock. I was like WTF, so i go in and talk to the lady i just paid and she refers me to the service department. I go there and the guy says I QUOTE "I can't help you cause there is no one here, you'll have to come back tomorrow". At this point Im ready to pull his *** across the counter and beat him, but I was like fine whatever. I get home and take a look at my car, its got a HUGE dent in the oil pan, a kock in the bottom end, and i have a major exhaust leak where they guy didn't put my exhaust back on correctly. So I take my car back and talk to the only manager there (sales manager) tell him I took it in with minimal problems and I get it back with major ****ed up problems. So now I have a meeting in about 3 hours with the service manager to see what he thinks about the entire issue.

On top of all this i got about 3 hours asleep cause I was so furious and ended up showing up to work late a half hour cause I over slept.

Sry for the rant still pretty pissed from last night! I'll update later today to see what will happen now.

I would be pissed, my dad would be pissed. My dad installs and services the lifts, brake lathes, wheel balancers, alignment machines, etc. So, lucky me, the dealerships don't try to mess. They (a dealership, i assume mercury) tried to rip off my mom once (MANY years back, i dont remember the instance), not knowing she was married to my father, morons...
well, back to class for me!

So the guy who worked on my car won't be in till later today, apparently he is at the doctor. Also to top it off the service manager will be coming in later today as he is on vacation. So now I have to f*ckin wait some more. Anyone think I should just call the main Ford # and turn this dealership in or should i wait?

Dont bother talking to sales manager. Talk calmly to Service manager and give them a chance to fix it. If they dont get it right, write a letter or email to Ford Customer Service and the owner of that dealership. I had similar issue at Dodge the grease monkey broke lug nut covers, left greasy prints all over paint, under the hood and to top it off the drivers side had grass clippings splattered all over. The service manager took care of it but I told him I want car detailed everytime I bring it in and he said its not a problem. I spoke to the sales person who sold me the truck and he said that if you dont ask they wont wash car as it costs them money. I think it could just be the midset that employees have of their brand as the Acura dealer down the street would wash my inlaws car everytime it was brought in.

Well, now their denying everything. Went on my lunch and spoke with them about whats going to happen about the issue. Their saying they did nothing to the oil pan that its been there even though it has a freshly marked dent. Now there is more issue, my exhaust is now rubbing on my drive shaft from him apparently laying the drive shaft on my exhaust while working on the seal that is STILL F*CKING LEAKING (what he was suppose to fix).

The Graham Ford dealership down hear is the opposite. They're the best I've ever delt with. When my car was backed in to a couple of months ago, the insurance company of the guy who did it tried to nickel and dime this thing and my car would've came back ****ed up if Graham wouldn't have said something. My car is Vermillion Red Stage 3 paint, well the insurance company didn't want to pay for stage 3 so they said to do a stage 2 paint on it. Well the whole door and rear quarter panel needed to be painted so if they would've done that then I would've had half of my car in a different shade of red then the other half. The insurance company wasn't talking to me at all and was not returning any of my phone calls. The only time I ever talked to anyone was when they wanted to send their own appraiser out to look at it because Graham's quote was too much. Graham called me and told me what was up so I called the insurance agent and went off on her over her voicemail and she never called back. Graham repainted it stage 3 at the insurance company's expense and all was well.

Go to a different dealer and report the problem to them and get warranty work done there.

Can't, ive got a blower on it and they have noted that. Also they don't warranty dents in oil pans! Im towing the car home today to see if i can fix the exhaust issue (shouldn't be too hard, ive had it off 100 different times). We're currently discussing how the pan and bottom end is going to be checked out/fixed. Next tuesday their replacing my differential, apparently I burnt the cluthces up (maybe road racing). Ive got tons of pictures but i can't find my cord to my camera, just moved and everything is packed up. If we dont' get something resolved by next tuesday I'll take the car and call Ford, then go from there...I think thats plenty of time for them to figure what they want to do.
