So on my way home tonight i find this very boastfull guy in a very good looking black mach. And of couse i pull up on him and he's got this big *** grin on his face... and the blower whine chirping under the hood. So we do a couple 40 rolls... and he doesnt even pull on me till 75 (going into drive on the auto) I was really proud of my baby holding up to what he said, was a 9 psi 400 something rwhp 4valve. At one light he was saying what he had, with this big grin on his face, and asked if i was a cobra (given i don't have GT emblems on my fenders). And that's when my passenger says, "All motor GT b!tch!" and his grin just drops... and we make the turn to go home :banana:

 

He has 120 more rwhp than you, in almost the exact same car.....the driver sucked...it's cool that you showed him up tho

 

thats nice you kept up. did your passenger hear his tires spinning? i know mine spin when i punch it at 40.

hmmmmm......that's kinda weird. not to be an azz, but I don't think the dude could drive or something cause he should have had way way way more RWHP than you......but, again it is the street so anything can happen. Nice run.

 

Well, everytime i run some of those neons... i get compliments that i have some crazy top end. We went up to about 120 (me and the mach) and he was only 2 cars ahead and shut it down. I just think my 3rd gear owns all.

 

ya, his tires slipped a lil, but not truly spun, just enough to make noise...
and ya, that neon owner was funny when he said u top end, and then found out u were an auto car...

 

the 2-3 shift in our auto cars are wicked. at one time your going 60 then you shift and bam your at 80.
