alright, need your input, a guy offered me 5 grand for my car i turned it down. than he said he used to have one and had a kenne bell supercharger on it and ran it once, blew a rod through the block and took out the supercharger and back in the box. he said he would sell it to me for 600 bucks complete kit. do you think it is junk? im gonna take a look at it and see if it looks good. i have a 90 gt and he had a fox too.

i say go look at it. but, $600 for a complete kit sounds pretty sketchy to me

 

Go look at it and inspect it as much as you can. Id also turn the twin screws and listen for any type of grinding and look at the teeth for wear and chipping or cracking. There should be some resistance on it, but not enough to where you cant freely turn it by hand.

for 600 bucks, its worth it even if you have to send it back to kenny belle for a rebuild.

 

I would definitly look into it.

 

For that price its worth looking at, some people dont know what they got or dont care.....

Way,way back in the day a friend of mine purchased a complete turbo kit off an auction car for $750....

 

Id definately buy it as long as he actually has the kit. Like said before its worth it even if the unit needs a rebuild....
