how would a saleen rear bumper with a cobra front bumper look...here are my options eleanor front bumper or cobra front bumper..and will i have to buy new headlights for the cobra bumper and for hoods i like the spider x9 hoods and the eleanor hood

 

personal preference: don't mix and match kits on a mustang, that's for ricers. and as for the spider x9 hood...that sounds rice too. don't do it. just find a kit and stick to it, and if you do decide to mix and match PLEASE do it with all original mustang stuff. ex: cobra front, roush sides, saleen rear, mach hood. no rice ****. and i don't think ya have to get new headlights for the cobra front, i think it's just a different style they have, overall dimensions shouldn't have changed. not sure tho.

I don't notice a huge difference between a stock gt bumper. But I believe it's what you want. You won't need to replace the headlights.

 

what the hell is this eleanor **** your talking about? do you have an 05+? if so i like the eleanor style on it...but they dont make that **** for 99-04...or they shouldnt make it for that.

if u are a 99-04...i like the 03/04 cobra front and rear, along with side skirts. then a hood of your choice...i like the 00 cobra R hood as well as the 95 cobra R hood

im was getting a 05 v6 but i kpt getting burned from different people saying dont get the v6 but anyway i like the saleen side skirts and rear bumper and im in love with the cobra bumper but people keep telling me its ricer what ever that mean

 

ok so you have an 05...dont matter whether its a six or not...its a mustang.

i am not sure how the saleen rear would look with the cobra/gt500 front. but i am with you...i like the gt500/cobra front.

you ever seen one of those hondas with a nice fart cannon and body parts too low to the ground and unpainted body parts? thats the definition of ricer.

but there are milder versions of it...its just a term really used for it wont look all that good on a stang

its your car...do with it what you want...not what we tell you to do. if you like it then do it.

 

In the future try to specify what model. I said I was assuming it was 99-04, since a majority of members drive that model. You never stated what it was, which made searching for exactly what you wanted difficult.

 

btw all that stuff I said above is personal preference. I just think it looks kinda ricey if it's all mixed and matched besides teh hood. that spider thing u were talkin' about sounds rice. but like tclark said, it's ur car!
