which would be better to put on my 03 GT a march ram air kit with a new filter or a mac straight shot air system?

Get a k&n drop in filter, or a fram air hog. You should also remove your air silencer. Youll save yourself 150 bucks out of the cold air intake that doesnt do much for our cars.
