First you need to start fresh.
1-Strip off all the old wax,I use dawn for this and only this.
2-Clay bar. Will make your paint clean and smooth.
3-Wash it with your normal car wash and dry it good.
4-Polish it before you wax! Will make a huge difference.
5-Wax it with your Gold Class or the Ice.The Gold last longer but the Ice will make it shine damn good.

It will shine like new if you do all that.

Polish is like adding skin cream then wax seals it.

If you know what you're doing, and have good products. Then the polish will make your paint go from this,

To this,

Without polishing, your wax job will be **** no matter what wax you use. Especially on a black car.

Is it better to wash the car then use the claybar or use the claybar first than wash it?

Wash before and after using the clay bar. The clay bar is seriously a detailer best friend.
I know Meguiars Quik Detailer does a great job in between waxing.

Who is it? Seems like a low price to me. At least for inside/ outside, doing things right and for full correction. But it also depends on whats getting done. So who is it?

One of the best on the east coast is in NJ.
