I signed the lease solo, but in my state as long as she can provide proof she lives there (I.E. recieves mail there) on the lease or not, related or not, she can't be just kicked out - nor can she be "evicted" through the state.

 

A buddy of mine has had experience with this. Basically the bitch decide not to leave once they broke up and he began by acting like a total pig...farting in front of her, burping like pig...leaving the toilet a mess, leaving the whole house a mess until she couldn't handle it and moved out. I'm sure there is an easier way I presume...

where i live its 29 days...once a person stays in your house for over 29 days they have rights to live there...your landlord will have an easier time throwing you out than her...like they said...check ya local laws...as for havin sex in front of her...lol...we all know a girl can play that game a whole lot better than a guy can....be nice to her or you'll have some 6ft3 ape layin on your couch dribblin beer on your floors and tellin you to get him a pizza

 

Why did you move in a girl your just "going with". You must have seen some promise in this relationship? What went wrong? Living with someone is a big step.. You must have some feelings for her. Kiss and make up. or tell her it's over with. Mind games never work.. If she wont leave and you want her too, don't expect the law to be on your side.. Dating a girl doesn't mean let her move in. Do you think she can afford to pay for the rent herself. I wold tell the landlord that you are moving out and she is staying. Im sure there is plenty of places to rent.

 

She has plenty of places to go, she has left before but I took her back in because I wanted my Son back, take the bad to get the good I guess. I'm NOT willing to loose my son because of her issues.

She can't pay for a pack of skittles herself.

She makes $200 a week and her truck insurance and cell phone bill eat up one whole paycheck. The rent, utilities, food, etc I pay all of that + everything for our son, and it took me over a year to make her get a god damn job at all!

I have checked my local laws, several times, and have also mentioned several times in this post - the local laws are worthless. There is no legal way for me to remove her from the house without getting myself evicted also - which is why I posted here asking for advice.

As for her bringing some dude home - any person I dont know in my house unannounced automaticly gets a few 9mm slugs in the cranium. I always shoot first and ask questions later - and dead mother****ers can't awnser no questions.

i think you missed it when he said they have a kid and thats the only reason why shes still there. it sounds to me like youre going to need to go to court and get custody of your son (or at least try) and then deal with getting her out.
