maybe its time you invest in the fake blowoff valve "pssshhhht!" noise maker thing.
lol i was thinking the same thing..lol

lol. i just did this cause i was bored and had nothing to do. its pretty cool if the car is warmed up...if its not..it will idle at like 200 rpm and doesnt sound too good for the car. my mom came out and ask what the hell was wrong with the car .lol

wrong again...idling or running a car too much with a lean mixture will burn your valves up.

explain to me how an idling motor with a vacuum leak will "burn valves".

its not the fact that it's a vacuum leak, its the lean mixture that the car would have because of the vacuum leak.

run an engine that has a lean mixture too long, and you will burn up your valves.

running an engine with a load IE in gear etc... is bad, having an engine idle with a vacuum leak will not "burn valves".
