Default Stupid ? about lower control arms...

Im looking into getting some lower control arms and Ive been doing some research and I found that a couple of people said that putting them on raised the ride height of the rear of their car. Does this really happen on non adjustable lca ? I have H&R SS and I hate the rake they have so Im leaning on the adjustables just to get rid of the rake but there alot more $.

They only raised the height of my car because the poly spring isolators I got with mine. You see, the rubber ones I had compressed from 1/4" to about 1/16" on one of them.

Straight arms will raise you up a tad in all probability. Pull your isolators if it's too much for your taste.
