Default 98 upper/lower control arms

I was just wondering what is a good set of UCA's and LCA's? and are custom welded Sub-frames better or are the pre-fabed ones?

any kind are good really just a boxed set of control arms will ge the job done, you can go with some adjustables to change your pinion angle if you want(good for drag racing). I would get the subframes welded on regardless of if you make them or not it doesnt matter its just rectangular tubing welded to the bottom of the car. Just dont get a kind that bolts on its not nearly good enough.
