Default Is it ok to use touch up paint on the interior?

I have a touch up pen (zinc yellow) which I used on my bumper, but would like to paint the mustang on the passenger side and possibly the pony on the steering wheel to continue the theme of my dash/trim kit. My question is, can I use the touch up paint on them (since it would match my exterior color)? I'm worried it might not dry right or something being a different material.

Use adhesion promotor and you should be good to go. Just make sure you clean everything down w/ alcohol before you paint.
