Default People who have gotten rid of rock chips with touch up paint or the like.

I have a good number of them on my hood and i dont wanna paint that over again. So what have you all used with good sucess? my room mate used fords touch paint which not only was the incorrect color (way to dark for DSG car) but just didnt shine.

I saw the new 3 step paint marker stuff at discount from dupont and it looks pretty good you can get a primer one, paint, and a clear coat one so it actuly match and shines. I was thinking aobut this but its about 6 bucks a tube and i need 3 of them to do it right... which makes it not a cheap investment considering i dont know if its even good or not.

:stupid:

I saw on one of the Power Block shows that they used the touch up paint and then wet sanded it. Looked good when they were done.
