this is the gayest crap ever
ok, so here's the deal
friday morning im on my way to school...im driving and i come to and stoplight/intersection like i do every morning....so the light turns green and i start to go, well i get in to the middle of the intersection and my tires break loose (it was really wet cuz it had just rained)...i didnt go sliding all over the place or anything, they just spun till i kicked it into second....so im cruising down the feeder street and i get to my exit, just as i put on my blinker a look in my rearview and a cop is right on my *** and flips his lights on....so im like wtf did i do
so he stops me and gets out and comes up to my car, well he kept his body as far away from my window opening as possible and tells me get out of the car.....so i get out and he starts askin if i knew how fast i was going....i said i wasnt real sure but prolly 60 65 (speed limit is 55) and he tells me i was doin 75....(i have a valentine detector btw, and it never once beeped) and i know iwasnt doing 75 cuz all of my frinds and **** were behind and in front of me and they said they were doin 60 65
well he is writing me a ticket and i had my thumbs stuck on my jean pockets and he yells at me to take them out, then he starts patting my pockets, then he starts askin about illegal drugs in my car, i was like no, no drugs, so he said i must not have a prob if he searched it then, i was like no, dont have a problem with it cuz all ur gonna find is a can of snuff, and he said "well ur only 17 so why dont you go ahead and get that out for me" then he ended up not searching my car
so anyways, i got a ticket for supposably goin 20 over, and an m.i.p for tobbacco
you think i have a chance at fighting it....maybe harrassment?
and do those damn radar things have historys or anything? cuz i dont think he even clocked my ***, and if they dont then what keeps cops from just deciding to tell someone they were speeding and give them a ticket?

some states have things that let you take classes to reduce points on the licence. You said there were friends around you, what cars were they in, cuz to be honest u might get a lil something from profiling if they picked you outa group of cars....but to be honest your guna have to bite the bullet on that one, the fact that your a teenager with a sports car is guna get you into alota trouble...

texas cops are ********* ... i once was doin about 70-75 in a 55 hwy and there was about a 50-75 foot grass median in between the north and south traffic lanes and i see a cop on the other side going the other direction with both hands on the wheel ... he sees when i get to about even with him and i see him slam on the breaks and pull a u turn through this 50 foot grass median and pulls me over ... he said he 'clocked' me doin 77 when there was no way in hell he had his gun out while he was driving the other direction with both hands on the wheel
but anyways if u were doin less than 25 mph over u can take a defensive driving course and get that ticket off of ur record, ask em about it

Kids driving Mustangs with a ittle bit of wheel spin might as well have a sign on the back that says "pull me over".
You should go to court to at least see if you can have the fine reduced. I fyour record is clean you might end up with just a no points ticket.

in ohio, they are only required to show you the speed they clocked you at if you ask to see it.......i did not know this for my first ticket and a cop added 5 or 10 onto my speed i cant remember, prob 5

dont bother arguing...
go to court... talk w/ the prosecutor... try to get out of a points ticket... pay off the fines... and move on...
when it comes to a cop's word vs the word of a 17 kid... the cop wins...

Never holds up in court though. I had a cop tel the court "It seemed like he was going pretty fast away from that intersection." My response was "No **** you were going the opposite direction." Judge dismissed the case I walked out and called the cop an a** on the way out.
