Default Another tire question, SORRY!

I had already bought new tires for my cobra R's. Dont want to buy more tires yet. I am looking at the bullitts with the black centers. My tire size is 275/40 ZR17 on all four. Want to put 17X9 in front and 17X10.5 out back. Will my tires work on both and will the 10.5's make them look like crap on the rear? My biggest concern is will my tires work. If all else fails I guess I can buy two more tires for the rear. Probably will need to anyway the way I drive. (LOL)

It may work, but I wouldn't feel comfortable driving on them at all. And you also may ruin the two tires by stretching them so much to fit.
And yea, it will pretty ugly

Just what I thought, just wanted to hear it from someone besides myself....Thanks! I have heard of rubbing if you use 17X9 in front ? True? Also I guess I could go with 17X9 all the way around.

Yes, you may have rubbing, but the threat is no where near high enough to not get 17x9's. It's probably only about a 1% they'll rub. And yes, 17x9 all around.

you need a 285s' minumum on those rims (10.5). 315's are the best.

17 x 9 rims should not rub with 275 tires, but not all tire manufactures are the same width.

You should be fine with the 17x9's and 275's up front. Mine only rub because I have a tubular front suspension and the rims rub on the a arms. But they dont rub anywhere else, so you should be good to go.

Im selling my 17x9 black bullitts.

my 17X9's with 275's rub when i turn the wheel as far as i can left or right, but otherwise no problems, and definately nothing less then a 285 for the rears, but it would look best if you put a 315

yeah the 275's definately can get to you like that, but you get used to it.
