Default Ok i need new tires anone have good brand?

So i was driving down the 5 freeway and i was in a lane that was merging and some jackass behind me drove up on me and tried to pass but insted cut me off. so i really fast moved into the next lane and then everything went red lights i slamed the brakes and ABS came on, i almost hit someone. but when i looked my tires were gone. so now that all was said anyone have idea of some GOOD Tires just the front 2

um... no expert but I would recomend matching your rears... just replacethem with what they were.

i dunno what comes stock on the sixxers but id get a set of all season Yokohama Avid H4s..its wat i got and i love them..they have saved my *** alot..on dry and wet...but they have also had a beating from me and they still look brand new

I had those on my old sixer! They were a great tire but are al ittle bit low on tred now... not that it matters the car rarely sees pavement...

find a set of used mustang wheels and tires on craigslist.org then find yourself a nice $400 cobra brake kit. You need 17" wheels to clear the cobra brake kit. Don't make me find a listing for you.

i thank u for the help ill look into this but i cant afford the brakes just yet

match your left and right tires yes but matching same tires on front as rear is pointless...i have kdw's on the front and 315/35/17 KD on the rear feels like a really good set up so far

Sumi or Kuhmo makes really cheap, nice tires. I have used both. Check out Tire Rack.

I just recently got a set of Riken Raptors and they're really sticky sumbeyotches. For my 275/40/17's they were 110 each. Above any other tire I like Nitto 555 for mustangs.
