Thinking about about getting a set of deep dish bullits for the rear.
I'm going to keep the stock front tires with the stock wheels.

i was trying to figure out what size tire i can run on the back wheels to keep the same height it is at now. (i don't want the front being lower than the back creating a drag type stance)

i used a wheel and tire calculator but i'm not sure if i trust it.
it told me if i run a 315/35/17 on the back it will be the same as a 245/45/17 on the front.

do these two combonations add up to the same diameter?

Maybe if you got an 18inch rim on the back...the 45 and 35 pertain to the wheel height...get 315/45/R17 (I think that's how it works)

 

Ive looked into this before, a 315/35/17 is real close, within a 1/10 or so depending of tire brand

 

245/45/17, 275/40/17, and 315/35/17 are all very similar in height. You will not have any problems.

your calculations are correct, you will not notice a dif going with 315/35 on back and 245/45 on front, but will look cooler , the stagger will look better.

 

does anybody feel deep dishes make cars look bowlegged? that' s my only concern before I order mine

 

The stock wheels on the rear sit in too far IMO. The deeps correct this and make the rear look much better. Not to dis anyone without deeps, but the stock rears now looks sort of goofy to me how they sit in so far. I really noticed it in one of csledd's pics, but your car is still better than mine

Get the tri spinners with them!

 

heh, I have been noticing the goofy back wheels also. I'll be ordering my DD's soon

 

Thats why I had wheel spacers before I bought the DD.
