I ordered the short throw shifter from the MGW site yesterday . It was extremely difficult to JUST order that and not add all of their other pieces to the cart too. At one point I had $460 dollars worth of stuff in the cart...that site is pure evil!!!

Glad to see ya back on the boards Springstang!

Holy **** where did you get that cupholder thingy....is that like an ashtray delete kit or something, cuz I want that in my car!

Wait a sec...is it a center console thingy for the 99-04 fitted for the 96-98? The other power outlet thing makes me think so. Or maybe its the interior difference between the 96 and the 98...god im so tired i cant think straight.

Soooo is it aftermarket or is it what came with the car. I can see the differneces, I was just wondering if there is anything that I can do to put those damn cupholders in my car. My current holders are just plain retarded.

My cupholders are identical in my 98. They came standard that way.

I painted the rubber insert and installed a red lighted switch in mine for my under dash lighting. The ashtray is removable, and fits in the front cupholder.

If you notice, the 98's do not have the dash pod on the top center either...97 was the last year for that.
