If you dont know much about detailing have a professional buff it, polish it, then wax it.

How about Meguire's ScratchX? Any one ever had luck with that?

ScratchX works good, but you'll get the best results with a random orbit buffer like the porter cable dual-action and swirl remover 2.0 by meguiar's.

If you want to do it by hand, you can use the Meguair's deep crystal system, but substitute step 3 (the wax) for NXT. You'll get good results from that as well.
