Default Cleaning ideas for trunk?

Anyone know of a good way to get rid of the dirt in the trunk area? Like cleaning products or whatever? I've never been able to get it looking good, and it's starting to bug me.

First thing you have to do is figure out if its just dirt or does it have some mold and mildew in it. If its just dirt, then clean it with 409 and a soft brush (old tooth brush works good).

If its mold then use a little Clorox Cleanup. Remember when using this if you spray too much its going to run down the behind the light and onto your bumper cover. Keep an eye on it. Job done.

If you want to make a big project of it, someone on the board recently painted some bed liner in the area to make it easier to clean and it looked better than I would have expected it to.

Yea, I remember seeing that before. The main thing I'm wanting to do for now is get rid of all that mold stuff.

I'll try your clorox idea tuff. I hate having all that mold/dirt there.. I'm a perfectionist when it comes to my cars exterior/interior... and I hate having to look at the trunk dirt, and chipped paint around the car.

Like I said before, just make sure you keep the Clorox off of your paint. Spray it on and let it soak for a few minutes. I think you'll be surprized.

Id do the truck liner dude, i stole donnies idea and did it on my car, couldnt be happier. Puts a contrasts on the trunk, dirt slides off, and looks more even, not hard either, and looks fantastic imo. DO IT.
