I had a small amount of overspray on my car from when it was painted. It didnt show at all, but i could feel it on the surface. I used clay bar and it was completely gone. But that was just for a very tiny amount of overspray. Looks like you have a little project on your hands

Yes I had over spray from painting exterior houses...didnt notice it until a week later.. I tried a few methods..
The one that worked best for me was.. a couple cotton rags.. the softer the better... and a bottle of spray liquid goo gone..and a little elbow grease like you are waxing.. don't drown the towel but just dampen it enough till it rubs off.. Paint thinner evaporates too quickly don't bother..have a clean rag in hand and rub down areas you cleaned with the goo gone rag...
Has worked for me on a few different vehicles
Good luck keep it shining
