Default back to black

i used some of that meguires back to back last week for the first time on my side mirrors and my upper cowl section under the windshield and i got to say im impressed. i used a white paper towel and it was still white when i got done. usually when i use armor-all or whatever black comes off and the next week its all run off and down my paint. then it looks dried out. this stuff has held up pretty good. anyone used it on some black dashes or the black backing above the back seats? basically anywhere inside the vehicle or is it best used on the outside?

NEVER EVER USE ARMOR ALL AGAIN!!! back to black is great and gets the job done. altho it is not a permanant fix. a permanant fix would require new or repainted surface, especially if damage by UV(like my florida born 95GT was) I would stay away from using it on the interior. you can find much milder dyes to use for that job

If you think that is good then you need to try this next time. I have both and I use Back to Black on the g/f's car and this on mine.

I use the Back to Black on my car and I love it. Gets all the wax off the trim and leaves a nice flat black surface.

I use the Meguiar's interior detail wipes. Cleans the surface but leaves a matte, original finish. Non-greasy and non-shiny.

I use this stuff from Poorboys. Leaves a somewhat shiny finish and smells really nice.

I tried all the ICE stuff and it all works great.
The ICE for the exterior can go on the paint and black plastic or rubber with no white residue.
The tire shine doesn't fly off while driving.
The interior spray detailer cleans and dries matt and not stickey.

The Ice products are pretty weak in my opinion. I was given a few of their items for xmas and they all sucked pretty bad. I tossed them all in the trash. Their "Clay Bar" was the biggest joke ever.

i've heard the ice stuff wasn't all that great. i've been through 2 rains and a car wash and my black trim looks just as good as when i put it on. very very slight runoff under the mirrors.
