I happened to get a alpine head unit for free from a friend who got a new one- model number CDA 9884- it came with the ipod cable but im wondering (and not finding one online so far) if their is a way to get a cable that will plug to the head unit where the ipod cable goes but on the end that plugs to an ipod be a USB connection/plug. My goal is (if possible) to just buy an external harddrive and plug that right into the head unit. anybody know where or if i can get a cable to do this?
