I want either one or 2 12" subs and an amp....i want something cheap but at the same time something that hits hard....my friend has 2 12" infinitys and they pound and those are cheaper then most brands. gimme ur input.

 

I've got one JL 12 in my trunk. It sounds great, and I still have trunk room. : D

got a single 12' JL in mine with a memphis 1000w amp. it sounds good, but box is a little big thinkin of selling it. but it adds traction(weight)

 

i don't have a system anymore...lol. i think they are just annoying enymore. sure i'd like a nice GPS/Navi/DVD in dash screen/player(like a Kenwood). but for the rest like subs an amps not so good. i had 4 kewnood 6x9's, 2 kenwood tweeters, Rockford Fosgate Punch Amp, JL Audio 12" sub(had 2 10" kicker subs before that), Kewnood CD deck. liked it pretty good but i wanted other stuff for my stang so i sold it all for 300. didnt have any of that stuff over 5 months either. now i just have the Clarion(sp) deck that came with it and the rest is stock.. all i have going through is just the treb. no bass. doesn't bother me lol....

 

i got a single 12 inch type r and it pounds real hard.

 

Rockford 10 inch Sub woofers T1 series with Memphis 500amp take sound great but i need a custom box

 

i got a single 12" kicker comp, and a 500W fosgate amp. Good enough for me, and it doesnt take over the whole damn trunk.

 

i've got 2 kicker cvr12s with a kicker mono block 750zx class d.. 2 boxes i built myself to fit in with the mach460 rack.. this system really rocks and i did it all for about $500.. i'll post some pics if u want me to.. and by the way, there's NO trunk space left but well worth it (in my opinion)

 

well ive worked at many car audio places and everything in car audio is marked up 3x what it is worth, but if you are lookin for some good subs i would go alpine type R.infinity does make a good sub also though, kicker cvx series are great and cvr are pretty good too, memphis M1 and M3 series are good subs as well as rockford p2 and p3, then make sure you get the right amound of power to ur subs dont pay any attention to max power cuz that dont mean ****, you want rms power or continuos power thats what counts

 

ive got a 10" Power Acoustik 2400 watt sub (****-10) and gonna get a 2400 watt amp to support it and should have that in by next week

 

hell yea. i have head his! i have 2 12" JL's and they dont hit quite as hard as this type r.

 

try MA Audio. there awesome and cheap on ebay. if you use ebay, look at the seller the deep discount for audio stuff. people are cheap.

 

I've got a Kicker 12", don't remember exactly which one it is. I've also got a Fosgate 300w monoamp powering the Kicker. I don't care for huge bass, so this was perfect for me. I also lost very little trunk space since I did the Scosche custom-fit box.
