Anyone know how to do this? Is it a kit?

nope take it off and go to a hardware store find some plastic plugs use touch up paint to paint them and cover the holes. put some RTV under them so water doesnt leak into your trunk

do you really need 2 threads????

I ditched the wing and had a body shop fill and paint the lid...it'll look like it was never there. thats obviously the more $$ route...but another way to do it anyway.
