I just got an ancient car for next to nothing, works and everything but the clear coat is peeling. Atleast I think its the clear coat, yellowish pale chips and patches with the color underneath. I wanted to know how to remove what's left of the old clear coat so that I could reapply a new one. Any help would be appreciated.
